Glenn Millanta


As seen on Channel 9's 'Married At First Sight' in 2018, Glenn Millanta is a registered Civil Marriage Celebrant / Justice of the Peace / MC. 

He is a proud member of AMC Inc and was a finalist in the 2018 ABIA Awards for 'Celebrant of the Year'.  

Prior to becoming a Celebrant, Glenn worked in the entertainment industry as an actor,  presenter and radio  announcer for the best part of 20 years. 

Glenn is happily married to his beautiful wife Mel and together they have two gorgeous little girls. 

Based in Sydney, he is available for work in NSW (but happy to travel) for weddings, elopements, registry-style services, vow renewals, baby naming days & funeral services.

What's Included


An initial meeting at a convenient location (your place, my place, a local cafe), preparation of all legal documentation, a draft prepared of the ceremony for your approval, as many changes as you like prior to your ceremony, unlimited phone and email contact, a rehearsal if requested and performance on the day. Travel is included in the price within 50km radius. 

Additional costs may be incurred for writing 'your story' or equipment hire.

What is included in each package is a common question I get asked? 

Put simply the Basic Package is a simple ceremony with legal's and does not include access to a PA system. This a common package option for small intimate weddings or elopements. The silver package includes all legal's and a ceremony with PA hire but no option of the inclusion of a personally written ‘Love Story’, which comes with the Gold Package only.

Step By Step Process

1. 'Nomination of Intention to Marriage' (NOIM) form needs to be completed one month prior to the solemnisation of your marriage. We can do this together during our initial face-to-face meeting or you can complete this and provide this to me, whichever is easier.  

2. A resource kit with all handy information is forwarded to couples to start working through and deciding what to include in your ceremony  

3. Deposit of $200 will be requested to lock in your wedding date. The remaining balance is required no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date. 

4. A draft will be prepared and forwarded to you for approval prior to your wedding date. We can make several changes if we need to so that it’s just perfect for your big day! 

5. Two weeks prior to your wedding we will meet again to complete the 'No Legal Impediment to Marriage' form (the last of your legal's before your wedding)

6. A rehearsal can be included should one be required (additional charges may be incurred)  

7. On your wedding day I will arrive between 45mins – 1 hour before the ceremony to set up and ensure everything is ready to go.   Other things to know;   

Playing Music – you can use my PA system to play music but will need to ensure all songs are mp3 format. It is strongly encouraged that you drag your mp3 music onto your USB in the order you would like them to play and label them 001, 002, 003 etc… As I cannot play music for you during the ceremony and conduct the ceremony at the same time you will need to have somebody available to cue your music for you.   

Signing Table – a simple dressed signing table with 2 x Americana wedding chairs can be available should one be required.   

MC Services – MC packages are also available for $800 with a ceremony package or stand alone for $1,200.

Baby Naming Day ceremonies are a great way to introduce your baby, the name you have given them, godparents and grandparents to share in a special ceremony for your baby. Services are personally prepared and conducted upon request.
